How soon can I walk on the carpet?

Try to keep pets, children and heavy traffic off the carpet during the drying process. Wait 24 hours before removing foam blocks or protective tabs that our technicians have placed under the furniture to protect the carpet. Carpet will be safe to walk on in 3 to 4 hours.

How long will it take my carpet to dry?

Normal drying time is about 3 hours, depending on the humidity level in the air, air movement, and room temperature. The application of Scotchgard will make the drying process take a bit longer.

How long will it take my furniture to dry?

It typically takes anywhere from 4-6 hours.

What happens if I forget my scheduled cleaning?

 
For your convenience, our friendly staff will call to remind you of your cleaning. Due to the advanced scheduling of the maids, should you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we would appreciate a call prior to your cleaning date.

 Can urine stains or odor be removed from my carpet or furniture?

Do you move furniture?

 All of our packages include moving the majority of furniture in the main living area. For liability reasons, we do not move china hutches, entertainment systems, pianos, or other valuable belongings.

Will all the spots come out?

We treat all spotted areas with the most professional techniques available today. However, we can not guarantee the removal. Many agents affect carpet dyes and spots set in if not blotted up immediately.

How can I keep my carpet looking new as long as possible?

Vacuum your carpet regularly. Have walk off mats at each entrance and have it professionally cleaned at least once per year.
