How soon am I allowed to walk on the carpet?

    

Try to keep pets, children and heavy traffic off of the carpet during the particular drying process. Wait a day before removing froth blocks or protective tabs our technicians have placed directly under the furniture to defend the carpet. Carpet will become safe to walk on in 3 to 4 hours.

 

How long could it take my carpet to dry?

 

Normal drying time is approximately 3 hours, depending on the humidity level inside air, air movements, and room heat range. The application of Scotchgard will make the drying process please take a bit longer.

 

What is the average time it takes for furniture to dry?

 

It typically takes anywhere from 4-6 hours.

 

What happens if I forget my scheduled Cleaning?

 

For your own convenience, our friendly workers will call to remind you of your cleaning. Due to a high demand for appointments with our cleaning specialists, if it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule any cleaning, we would appreciate a call days before your scheduled appointment.
